How to trigger the discount

The key to the discount is the promo code – MOTHER.

Head to the TAP promotion page and click on “Book Now”.

Clicking the button will open up a search box at the top of the page…

…and when you click within the search box to begin entering your parameters, it will expand to show the promo code field.

Type the code “MOTHER” into the promo code field and then click on “Use Discount”. The page will then show that the promo code has been applied.

From here, perform a search as usual and the discount will be applied.

Be aware that the discount may not appear for each leg of the journey but the discounted fare will definitely show when the full trip has been priced up.

Bottom line

TAP Air Portugal has announced a new promotion in which it will be offering a 15% discount on most fares on 9 routes from the United Kingdom and Ireland. The promotion runs from tomorrow, 25 March, to 27 March and covers the period between 1 April and 31 May 2022 (blackout dates apply).
